Thorough job, I am not a kid but still go here for last couple years. I always leave feeling cleaner and confident my teeth will survive the next 6 months. Every dental hygienist I speak to has always been friendly, interesting, good tempered, and had a good talk with me despite working on my mouth. I haven’t ever spoken to the dentist much, but he sees every patient, at least for a few minutes and calls out teeth numbers. The dental hygienists definitely make his job easier. I feel comfortable and well cared for in this place- thank you! they have good communication when it comes to scheduling and are able to accommodate you despite being booked out

Dr. Baker is so thorough with his work. My children love going to his office for their dental work. He has a wonderful staff put together and they are all very nice, and patient with the children. He is the best dentist ever!!

I just left this practice and I must say it's one of the best customer service I have had from any practice in a long time. Miss Cheryl, the attendant at the front desk, was so courteous and professional. She squeezed us in to have a dentist see my son, despite being a walk-in. He evaluated him and came up with a Care plan to get him treated before the end of the year. I would recommend this practice 👌! Keep up the good job!

This my first time visiting this office with my babies. I have a 3 and 1 year old. I loved that they allowed me to book the siblings together. The office space is stunning and the kids enjoyed the play area. We only waited about 5 mins before they called us back. The associate that worked with us was kind and knowledgeable. Everyone that engaged with us, including the Doctor was extremely kindhearted. It was very refreshing to see. They gave my boys a cleaning, floss, and checked for cavities. They were gentle too. They have a board for the child to sit on your lap as they clean which was super helpful. Both boys left with goodie bags that included a little stuffed animal and a ball. Dr. Baker even gave my 3 year old a high five lol. Beautiful office with very kind staff — can’t wait to take them back in 6 months.

Dr. Eric and his team have provided a fantastic, safe experience for my kids during challenging procedures. His warm and kind energy truly connects with children. He balances effective treatment with minimizing stress on their bodies. Highly recommend!

Great service and excellent customer service

We came to dentistry in Olney for a second opinion for our son’s infection. We were so pleased with their staff in taking care of our son and felt that our concerns were heard. They listened and made a plan that we believed was appropriate for his age and circumstance.

Top not service

Everyone who works here is lovely, professional, skilled, and kind. I see kids of all ages, some so tall they barely fit in the chairs, and I can totally understand why they want to keep coming to this practice. Treatments and assessments of the mouth are explained in terms both children and parents can understand. The physical space is bright and cheerful; the hygienists and other workers are talented and kind. I wish I’d had a dentist like this growing up, it’s a treat to visit them. Also the giant old-school video games in the front waiting area are genius, my kids are always sad that we don’t have to wait long because they’re so well-organized (even despite parents like me who are habitually late, alas!). Proximity to Specialists in Orthodontics is a huge plus when one needs to go that route; parking is easy and free.

Dr. Charlie was awesome!! I love his bedside manner, he put my son at ease while pulling teo of his teeth.

My 6 year old always had difficulty going to the dentist for years until we came here. The staff has been amazing with him! They are patient, answer all of his questions and are so positive when they talk with him. The goodie bag afterwards is amazing too.

MY CREDIBILITY: I have a 2.5yo toddler who is terrified of all doctors and any medical office. RESULTS: she is NOT AFRAID of this office, nor is she afraid of her amazingly talented, patient, and empathetic dentist and staff. Absolutely incredible!!! If you've never been to a brist that focuses on creating an environment that's very fun and geared towards giving your child an excellent dental experience, this place is going to blow your mind! THE WAIT is nearly non-existent, but if you do have to wait, it's an incredibly pleasant experience that makes waiting fun and comfortable - it's clean, complimentary coffee/tea/water, spacious, and has fun stuff like a selfie booth. CLEANINGS AND PROCEDURES: first, they give the kids toys and there are tvs playing age-suitable shows, like Bluey. On top of all that fun bonus stuff, the hygienists and the dentist we've seen have been so patient and willing to work with and around all of my toddler's fears and moods. The entire staff is amazing and wonderful to interact with. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED: We love it so much, my husband and I want to swatch to this office. It's so amazing and fun!!!

We’ve been taking my niece and nephew to this place for the past few years now. The staff are very professional , respectful, welcoming and friendly.The service is fast and quick. They got you in and out immediately.
